Paola Hoffman has been a Client Services Associate with Alphastar Emerald Coast since August 2020, supporting the financial professionals in our office. Paola plays a vital role in our account opening and client onboarding process. She is also our front line of communication, fielding our office’s incoming calls, determining the best next steps, and providing quick responses to those who need us. Paola takes a proactive and energetic approach to all that she does for us. Her innate problem-solving skills help us address client concerns and effectively maintain and resolve account changes and client updates. Paola recognizes that client confidence depends on clear communication and collaborative efforts.
Paola was born in Costa Rica and raised in California. She and her family moved to Gulf Breeze, Florida in 2016 and love living on the coast. Paola is bilingual, speaking fluently in both English and Spanish. She spent many years working in the mortgage industry before she had the opportunity to take time away from work to raise her four wonderful boys.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Paola enjoying time with her boys, baking up a storm in her kitchen, snowboarding, and traveling to historical locations or camping spots such as Big Sur.
